We really enjoyed our visit. The campground is well kept and you have one of the best dog parks we have seen for a small campground. We walked the Halloween decorated trail with our dogs several times and of course fishing the lake was a lot of fun. (have you considered allowing or renting paddle boats?). Site 41 was fine. It was hard to connect the water hose because the spigot is crammed against the post. You should check that out.
Your rates are very reasonable for the amenities provided. Congratulations on providing a very clean and well maintained campground. If the previous owners had a lot of bad reviews then you must have made several improvements. We give you five stars and will definitely consider a return visit.

We love the campground! This is our third time take our 3 oldest grandchildren (2 boys, 1 girl---ages 16, 14,11).

Our grandkids enjoy this annual trip and they always want to go back to Friends O' Mine! They love the fishing and spend hours every day; which is so easy since the lake is so close to the camp site. They caught quite a few bass and blue gill.

The new pool is great also! The location is so convenient to town with good shopping, food and to the state park.

Only concern we have is the sewer-like smell coming from somewhere to the left (when facing the lake) of this site (Site #41). We smelled it each evening (yuck!).

We plan to be back next year!

(City sewer connection on that end of the park)

Our stay was great! We were really impressed with how clean the site was. The bath house on the property was clean, showers were very clean and plenty of warm water. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming, despite a late arrival and showed us to our site. Property was close to many activities for both adults, kids and families.

Despite being an RV campground, we were allowed to rent a site and use a tent! Would highly recommend and would visit again.

Thank you!
Josh
