My family booked a relatively last minute stay in Brown County at Friends O' Mine campground. The owners were very accommodating to our unique camping set up. Our power outlet had a little issue that was fixed immediately. The bathrooms were clean, always available and painted with a neat design. Trash was picked up at our campsite and firewood purchased at the clubhouse was delivered to our site. The large pond on the property was gorgeous and our kids took advantage of the playground nearby. With Halloween nearing, the campground provided pumpkins and utensils for the kids to carve for a competition which our kids loved. The competition was held with live music playing. On check out day, the campground allowed us to keep one of our vehicles at the campground so we did not have to pay for two parking spots in downtown Nashville. I would definitely stay again at Friends O' Mine Campground due to the friendly environment and accommodations that were perfect for our family.
